The preferred delivery method is Standard Delivery. Once you've placed order, we'll process your order and ship it out as soon as possible.
In order to provide competitive pricing as well as reduce the chance of broken items during shipping, Go Direct Online Store utilizes self-delivery and third-party lorries to deliver your goods.

Express Shipping (Coming Soon)
Go Direct Online Store offers courier service to get your orders delivered directly to your doorstep. Our choice for courier service partner is J&T Express.
Once your order is confirmed (order paid & tax invoice issued), we'll usually process the order the next business day. Delivery should take within 1-2 weeks for West Malaysia or four (4) weeks for East Malaysia from order processed date. NOTE: Due to high volume of orders during the NRP period, your orders may take longer to process & ship by our courier partners.

Free Self Collection at Warehouse
