Here's a glimpse of what each tier offers:

NEW: We've lowered the minimum purchase amount for Bronze tier to RM300 to allow you to earn Bronze tier easily!

Membership grades are measured based on your total purchased amount within 12 months starting from your first purchase.

Membership will renew on the 1st of every month after 12 months.

For example, if you have made your first purchase on 12th February 2021, your membership will be valid till 1st February 2022, which is when your membership will be renewed automatically and your tier reset to basic. Between 12th February 2021 till 1st February 2022, your total amount purchased will automatically added for your account and upgrade your membership tier automatically based on the table on top.

Registration:

Registration of Go Direct Membership Account would require to submit certain details such as your full name; e-mail address; contact number; and date of birth, and to provide a password for your Go Direct Membership Account. Your e-mail address will be used as your login identification and you are responsible for keeping your login identification and password confidential.

Eligibility:

1. Go Direct Member Rewards is open to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

1. an individual of at least 18 years of age;
2. capable of entering into and performing legally binding contracts under any applicable law;
3. the use of Go Direct Membership Account is in accordance with these Terms & Conditions; and
4. the use of Go Direct Membership Account to collect Rewards is for personal use only.

2. Membership is limited to one account per person/company.

Account Information:

1. Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information, including contact details and email address.

2. Go Direct Rewards and Membership Account are non-transferable, non-assignable is for your exclusive use only.

3. Go Direct will collect and use member data in accordance with our privacy policy. Member data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Membership Tiers:

1. The criteria for upgrading and extending membership are based on a period of 12 months. Your total spend must reach a certain amount after your 1st purchase to qualify.

2. To be eligible for an increment of total spend, the payment must be completed and the order status must be shown as completed. Cancelled orders will not be counted.

3. After achieving upgrade status, your account's status will only be upgraded the following day.

4. When placing order, make sure you're logged in to your account for the total spend to be counted.

Credits:

1. Welcome credits and birthday credits have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

2. Welcome credits are only valid for 30 days from the date of issuance and no extensions are permitted.

3. Birthday credits are only valid for 30 days from the date of issuance and no extensions are permitted. Birthday credits will be automatically added to your account on your registered birthdate.

4. Credits are non-transferrable and can only be used by the account holder.

5. Credits cannot be applied to cover taxes or shipping fees.

6. Credits may be combined with other selected promotions or discounts on Go Direct Online Store.

Other Information:

1. Go Direct reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any individual and/or corporation who signed-up and to refuse the Membership Account application of any individual that provides inaccurate, incomplete details or if we determine that there is tampering with the sign-up process including but not limited to providing inaccurate, incomplete or false information.

2. Go Direct reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate any membership immediately and forfeit all rewards earned without prior notice if at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of any abuse and/or misuse of your Membership Account for purpose for which it is not intended to be used.

3. Go Direct reserves the right to terminate and delete any membership at our sole and absolute discretion at any time and without notice.

4. For the avoidance of doubt, the termination of the Membership Account shall not require us to compensate, reimburse or cover any cost or losses incurred by you in the course of you being a Membership Account holder.

5. Go Direct reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions for the membership program at any time without prior notice.

6. Go Direct reserves the right to modify, amend, terminate or discontinue any part of the membership program at any time without prior notice.

7. The benefits and rewards associated with each membership tier are subject to change at the discretion of Go Direct, without prior notice.

8. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
