Our company does not practice return & refund policy, even if the item is unused or in it's original packaging. All goods sold are not returnable and not refundable.
Sale & promotion items
All items under sales & promotion or special pricing are not eligible for return & refund.
While we do our best to make sure that your orders are securely packed to reduce damage during shipping, sometimes things do still happen out of our control. Should you receive any product that's damaged, please notify us immediately. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it on its eligibility and notify you whether your returned item is eligible for replacement.
If your returned item is approved, we will initiate a replacement unit and ship to you as soon as possible. If any shipping is involved, the buyer will bear for the cost to ship the damaged item back to us. We will only replace the damaged part or product with a working unit. No refund in cash or other mode of payment is allowed. The replacement unit could only be done by the similar unit of the item purchased and returned, it could not be exchanged to other items unless is approved by the company.
If your returned unit is not approved by our inspecting team, you will have to arrange to collect your goods back at your own cost.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How To Make A Report
In order to be fair for both customers and suppliers, we urge you to follow the following steps when receiving your parcels.
- Open your packaging within 24 hours after receiving your product. We will not entertain any requests after 24 hours upon receiving the product.
- Take a video while unpacking the item, carefully inspect the item before using it.
- If you've received a damaged parcel or product, you can do one of the following:
- E-mail us at email@example.com along with order ID, photos of the damaged product and sender, as well as unpacking video as proof; or
- WhatsApp us at 017-6691733 and send us your order ID, photos of the damaged product and sender, as well as unpacking video as proof.
The report must be lodged immediately in front of the sender but before you have signed the air way bill or any acknowledgement receipt.
However, even the sales team has agreed on the return of goods for replacement, it is still subject to approval by the inspecting team, whether a replacement unit should be given.
How To Return Your Qualified-for-replacement Item
Once you've received confirmation for replacement, you may arrange the goods to deliver to the below address at your own cost.

The Company may consider to reimburse the returning shipping cost if the report has given to the company strictly according to the above reporting method.
Go Direct Marketing Sdn Bhd reserves the right to deny all refund requests after an order is placed and payment is made, even before, during or after an order is processed.
Go Direct Marketing Sdn Bhd do not practice cash refund, in any case of refund is required, we will only provide refund in credit form or replaced with another product with similar value.
We will also reserve the right to not initiate a refund for orders who are rejected during delivery or returned without approval. Customers will need to bear for the shipping costs for return and second delivery.
